Hello! My name is Jake Kappus and I'm a Microsoft Exchange Premier Field Engineer working out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. I have been working with Exchange, Lync, Active Directory and other Windows platforms since 1993.
Rumor has it, I was once known as "Freddie Jacobs" and had a mostly successful run as a professional wrestler/manager/promoter.
